Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of PakVenue — Venue Business Solutions at pakvenue.com, a cloud-based management service provided by Musa Systems for wedding marquees, banquet halls, event venues, and catering businesses in Pakistan. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use PakVenue for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

Eligibility and registration

You must be an adult with legal capacity to enter into these terms and be authorized to use the service for your business. Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You may register with email and password or use Google sign-in where available. Do not impersonate another person or register an organization you are not authorized to represent.

Your account and team

Protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and venues you are authorized to access. Organization owners control membership and are responsible for assigning appropriate employee permissions, keeping access current, and arranging any ownership changes with authorized parties. An employee account does not confer ownership of the organization's records. Notify systemsmusa@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Permitted use

You may use PakVenue for lawful venue and business management. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another organization's records without permission, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, misuse another person's personal information, infringe others' rights, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Your business records

You retain your rights in the information and documents you enter or upload. You grant Musa Systems and its service providers permission to process that information as needed to operate, secure, and support PakVenue, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of quotations, bookings, event calendars, customer records, payroll, inventory, payment vouchers, cash receipts, and other financial records, for having permission to process customer and employee information, and for meeting obligations that apply to your business.

PakVenue is management software. It does not itself guarantee the accuracy of financial calculations, tax reporting, or event service delivery, and it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Review calculations and documents before relying on them and obtain qualified advice when needed. Your contracts with customers, employees, caterers, and other suppliers remain your responsibility.

Subscriptions and payments

Features and access limits depend on the plan or agreement offered to your organization. Free access, early access, and any trials may have limits or change over time. A trial does not guarantee continued free availability, and this page does not establish automatic paid conversion.

If paid plans are introduced or offered, fees, billing periods, renewal arrangements, trial conditions, cancellation methods, and any applicable refund policy will be disclosed before you agree to the paid service. No prices, refund guarantees, or paid subscriptions are created by these terms alone. Cancellation or non-renewal follows the terms presented with your selected paid plan or separate agreement. Contact systemsmusa@gmail.com for billing questions.

Third-party services

PakVenue relies on services including Supabase Auth and PostgreSQL, Netlify hosting, optional Google sign-in, and Cloudflare Turnstile where enabled. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability. These integrations do not imply that Google or another provider has certified or endorsed PakVenue.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep PakVenue available, but maintenance, errors, network problems, or provider outages may interrupt access. Keep appropriate copies of important business records and do not rely on unsaved local drafts as your only backup.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither party excludes liability that applicable law does not permit it to exclude. Any separate written service agreement with Musa Systems governs the matters it specifically covers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Musa Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, such as lost profits or business interruption. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not remove any mandatory rights you may have.

Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access where needed to address abuse, unauthorized use, security risks, violations of these terms, or unpaid subscriptions where a paid plan or separate agreement applies. Where practical, we will explain the restriction through an available support channel; urgent security issues may require immediate action. You may stop using PakVenue at any time. Ending use does not automatically erase venue records or cancel any separately agreed payment obligation.

Organization deletion and recovery

Only an authorized owner or representative may request organization deletion. Removing an employee account, resetting business data, and deleting an organization have different effects. Review all warnings and export needed records before requesting a deletion or using a reset feature. A business-data reset may preserve the organization and user accounts.

Deleted or reset information may not be recoverable. Backups are not a guaranteed recovery service, and no particular recovery period is promised. Requests to close accounts, export records, or delete organization data can be sent to systemsmusa@gmail.com and may require verification of your authority. Retention exceptions are described in our Privacy Policy.

Brand and software

PakVenue's software, branding, and service materials belong to Musa Systems or their respective owners. Your access to the service does not transfer ownership of them.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. Please first contact systemsmusa@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a concern informally. If it cannot be resolved, disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction. No exclusive city, mandatory arbitration arrangement, or waiver of mandatory rights is imposed by this clause.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date, and we will provide notice of material changes where required. For questions or support, contact Musa Systems at systemsmusa@gmail.com. Website: pakvenue.com.
